Recipient’s delivery form

Thank you for placing a doorstep package order with us.

Please read the terms and conditions before downloading the recipient’s delivery form.

Complete the excel form with your recipient’s name, delivery address, contact number, and the number of boxes to be allocated to each recipient. Email the completed excel form to order@lulus.com.sg, no later than 4 pm, 2 days before your delivery date. Any late submission of the excel form might cause the delivery date to be postponed accordingly.

1. I will inform my recipients on the delivery date and time (11am-5pm, no specific time request) of the doorstep packages. I understand that I am not able to request the delivery vendor to call my recipients prior to delivery due to their hectic and tight delivery schedule.

2. I will ensure that all delivery addresses and contact numbers are accurate. Any last min changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will affect the delivery of the entire order, all my deliveries (in the same order) will be postponed to the next available delivery date.

3. My mobile number will be provided to the delivery vendor as the alternative contact person should a wrong address has been provided and the delivery vendor is not able to contact my recipients.

4. I agree that the delivery vendor will hang the gift box by my recipient’s door/gate handle if no one is not at home during the delivery. There will be no request for the delivery vendor to wait or return at a later time.

5. For condominiums or offices, if no one is available and doorstep access is not possible, the gift box will be returned to LULU’S central kitchen. If I wish, I could purchase another box and schedule a new delivery on the next available delivery date.

6. I will check with my recipients to ensure they have received their packages by 5 pm and if there’s any discrepancy, I will inform LULU’S by 6 pm on the same day.
